From the beginning of our existence we have feed our bodies with food and for most of those centuries, the food was good and healthy and many of the “modern” diseases weren’t an issue.  People probably died more frequently from accidents than from heart disease or stroke. 

Today we have too many food options and the perception of too little time to cook properly.  These have combined to cause us many health problems and diseases.  A healthy, nutritious diet can reverse many of these and help prevent future problems.

I want to help you achieve that healthy and flavorful diet through my knowledge of holistic nutrition, food growing, smart shopping, meal planning, and, finally my favorite, cooking!  On this site I will be sharing my favorite recipes and cooking tips.
